Our parish has various ministries to address the needs of parishioners and those within the geographical vicinity of Assumption parish, to be introduced to the faith, to prepare to receive the Sacraments, as well as to receive ongoing formation to deepen their Catholic faith.
These ministries are handled under the following headings:
1. Sacramental Preparation – for school-aged children to prepare them to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion). This also includes infant baptism.

2. Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) – an eight months’ program for non-Catholics desiring to be baptized in the Catholic faith.
