Being new in this country can be a daunting and even an intimidating experience for many refugees and migrant, especially for those undocumented. While the government has certain programs and offices to address their needs, navigating the bureaucracy can nearly be impossible without basic resources and friends to call upon in specific cases. Christian charity calls those of us who can to help those in need, however limited, particularly those living within the ambit of this parish.
